Our learning management system (LearnDash) calls this a quiz. We designed it to serve as a helpful checklist.
Once you’ve started the “quiz,” checked off your strategies, and pressed the “Finish Quiz” 
button, you’ll also be able to view your past choices. Within LearnDash, though, there’s no way to update your answers. (You can take the “quiz” again.)
If you seek to have the ability to continue tracking your progress, we suggest that you copy the list (that you’ll get after choosing 
). If you have a Notion account, paste it into a Notion page. You’ll be able to use it as an updateable checklist there. (Though it’ll cross off each checked item, which isn’t our favorite styling). You can also use Notion to color in items, another way of tracking progress.
The basic idea is to treat your progress on Healthy Campaign as a learning curve… and to track your own progress. You will find additional checklists in the Healthy Campaign Toolkit.
